If you find out that an employee of UHY Netherlands has commited a severe offense, we request you to anonymously inform us about this offense. The following is the procedure we use for whistleblowing: The whistleblower policy is used in the following situations:
actions by UHY Netherlands or any of it's employees that will lead to criminal prosecutions;
all other (assumed) violations of external law and regulation by UHY Netherlands or any of it's employees;
all (assumed) violations of internal regulation by UHY Netherlands or any of it's employees;
intimidation of employees by colleagues, supervisors or external persons;
unjustified deletion or manipulationof information; and any other actions that in the eyes of the whistleblower are unjustified.
In case of any of the above situations a complaint can also be filed. The difference however is that the whistleblower policy gaurantees the anonymity of the whistleblower.
